If the customer is a consumer, they are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
In the case of a contract for multiple goods ordered as part of a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the last item.
In the case of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or email):

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun after the consumer has expressly agreed that the performance shall begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
Notice regarding purchases via third-party platforms
For products purchased via third-party platforms such as Amazon, the withdrawal and return policies of the respective platform apply. Only the terms displayed during the purchase process on those platforms are binding.
